About The Position


CYMOTIVE Technologies is looking for HR Business Partner. As such your role will include the following:

·   Driving and planning recruitment processes:

a. Define needs with managers

b. Define the roles and responsibilities for each position

c.  Actively looking for hiring possibilities

d. Proactive talent management and media visibility

e. Advice to managers in HR matters

f.  Managing process with relevant agencies / recruiters

·   Signing new employees on Employment contracts

a. Working closely with company HQ and local legal consultant

·   Supporting in execution and communication of company HR process and guidelines

·   Continuously improving and managing on-boarding processes and training

·   Executing employees’ learning & development plans:

a. Professional conferences

b. Technical trainings

c.  Proposing and managing development of Soft skills via e.g. courses or initiatives

·   Ensuring a positive office atmosphere, e.g. arrange welfare activities

·   Managing off-boarding processes

Requirements

  • Experience in the HR of at least 3 - 5 years, preferably in small or medium size companies, e.g. as Business partner, HR Generalist, HR Hiring professional
  • German educational background, preferably in the fields of psychology/sociology/ Human Resources
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to details and excellent active listening skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • General understanding of German labor law
  • Self-driven and “can do” attitude
