About The Position

Below are the responsibilities, authorities and competencies of a Project Manager, temporarily for 12 months (permanent extension possible).

Responsibilities

The responsibilities are the following:

·    Consolidating yearly, quarterly and monthly planed budget for frame contracts, customer orders and projects

·    Following actuals for frame contracts, customer orders and projects

·    Following status for frame contracts, customer orders and projects

·    Ensuring consistency between planed budget, actuals and status for frame contracts, customer orders and projects

·    Negotiating with customer received orders

·    Negotiating with customer and internally projects status

·    Reporting gaps between plan and actuals

·    Following invoice status

·    Owning project master


Authorities

The authorities are the following: (Example)

·    Ensure that the hiring process is managed effectively

·    Ensure that the onboarding and offboarding processes are managed properly

·    Plan and organize measures increasing employees motivation and positive atmosphere in the office as well manage welfare events throughout the year

·    Provide a variety of courses and conferences that will develop the employees

·    Propose adequate improvements in all HR-related areas


Requirements

·    Experience in the Project management or controlling or PMO in Service delivery or SW development context of at least 1-5 years, preferably in small or medium size companies

·    German educational background, preferably in mathematics, physics, economics or related area

·    Strong analytical and executional skills

·    Solid organizational skills including attention to details

·    Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships

·    Knowledge of VW beneficial

·    Good knowledge of MS Excel

·    Solid written and verbal communication skills in English and German

·    Self-driven and “can do” attitude

·    Team player
