About The Position

CYMOTIVE Technologies is looking for a Help Desk!


Responsibilities:

·      Provide full support to employees and new joiners

·      Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications

·      Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems

·      Support virtualization systems

·      Support performance monitoring

Requirements

·      2 years of experience as a Help Desk (army service is acceptable)

·      Knowledge in Windows, Linux, MacOS

·      Knowledge in computer networking DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, GPO

·      In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks

·      Experience with office network support including stations, laptop, printers, and MS office

·      Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting

·      Fluent English
