CYMOTIVE is the leader in cybersecurity for connected cars and smart mobility. Only Cymotive has been working as the trusted cyber partner of the Volkswagen Group since 2016 securing over 2 million vehicles. We have various products in intrusion detection, vulnerability management and remediation that are unique in the automotive industry. Although close to 200 employees, we strive to give each employee the opportunity to grow and develop their professional skills.

We are looking for an Employee Experience & Operations Manager with great planning skills, attention to details and strong problem-solving skills to join our great HR & Operations group. CYMOTIVE have 5 sites. The main one is in TLV, and in addition to it, we have sites in Ahihud (north of Israel), Wolfsburg (Germany), Bucharest (Romania), and Gothenburg (Sweden). The Employee Experience & Operations Manager is responsible for the activity of CYMOTIVE in all these sites, and the future sites to come.

What You'll Do

·      Responsible for planning, organizing, maintaining, and managing all aspects of CYMOTIVE's facilities (Health & safety, Security, Maintenance, Space management, Appearance, Recycling, New sites openings, etc.). 

·      Responsible for Employee Experience domain – to manage, plan and execute great annual plan to strengthen the engagement of CYMOTIVE employees.

·      Manage a team of HR and Operations. 

·      Organize and plan company events.

·      Manage CYMOTIVE's various suppliers and service providers, manage contracts and negotiations. 

·      Planning and overseeing construction projects and urgent projects, prioritizing tasks, and overcoming obstacles.

·      Creating and managing a base of policies describing all the operational processes within the company.

·      Manage employee experience and office budgets. 


About You

·      5+ years of experience as facilities/operations manager and/or employee experience management role in a high-tech company

·      Managerial experience – a must

·      Creative, proactive, multitasker, with a hands-on approach

·      Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

·      Precision – great care about the details

·      Proficient in MS Office

·      Fluent Hebrew and English
