We have various products in intrusion detection, vulnerability management, and remediation that are unique in the automotive industry. We are looking for an HR Manager to lead the entire HR aspects in several business units and manage a team of recruiters. This is your opportunity to take a significant part in a global and growing company.

In this role, you will:

  • Be a trusted advisor and HR partner to employees and managers focused on building engagement team spirit, and enabling development and retention (including our remote sites).
  • Own the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Partner with leadership and employees to provide guidance on career pathing, performance management, talent development, team building, etc.
  • Work closely with the HR global team to build effective talent strategies including engagement, retention, training, and development.
  • Manage and mentor a recruitment team-
  1. Lead a recruitment plan in the relevant business units.
  2. Provide guidance and support to the recruiters with hiring processes and challenges.
  3. Initiate new ideas and projects in the field of sourcing and recruiting.
  4. Use data and analytics to measure our performance and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR – out of it at least 2 years of experience as HR Manager (or HR Business Partner) in a global environment
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment for technological positions
  • Direct people management experience.
  • Successfully coaching and mentoring diverse and highly skilled managers & team members at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in building a workplace that creates a high level of engagement
  • Experience in diagnosing and analyzing challenges, and creating tailor-made solutions
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Good analytical skills, and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
