Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

About The Position

The responsibilities are as following:

  • Invoicing and tracking for engineering services provided and product sales
  • Contact person for the customer for billing and budget issues
  • Preparation of reports for the management and for our customers
  • Maintenance of budget and project databases including order tracking
  • Sales support: tracking of quotations and support in the quotation process
  • Planning and supporting the introduction of new processes in accounting, sales and project management
  • Active interface in communication with internal departments when providing proof of performance

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a degree in economics, commercial training or similar
  • Accounting experience and process knowledge in the automotive sector (especially handling VW Business Portals) desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and quick perception
  • Accurate and careful working style, enjoy working with numbers
  • IT affinity
  • Atlassian Jira and Confluence knowledge is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, handling of pivot tables and macros
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Successful completion of a degree in economics, commercial training or similar
