About The Position

CYMOTIVE Technologies is looking for an Office Manager!

We are looking for an energetic, super-organized Office Manager.

  • Provide executive administrative support to the company management level; manage the calendar, reply to scheduling emails, arrange the office for important meetings
  • Take full responsibility for front desk activities
  • Assist the HR division with employee’s welfare activities
  • Assisting all employees with any office-related requests or issues.
  • Greet, assist and direct interviewers, visitors, and employees

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in operational and/or administration role in a high-tech company
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Precision
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent English
