Yuval Diskin has extensive experience working in security. As the former Director of the Israel Security Agency (ISA), Yuval played a significant role in leading the development of the Agency’s offensive – defensive cyber capabilities.
In 2012, he was named by Foreign Policy magazine in the US as one of the Top 100 Global Thinkers, for his standout contribution to the intellectual debate around foreign policy.
Yuval has a Bachelor’s degree in Israeli Studies and Political Science from Bar-Ilan University, and a Master’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Haifa.

Tsafrir Kats brings to the company cutting-edge technological entrepreneurship and leadership in Cyber Security. Before joining CYMOTIVE, Tsafrir was the COO, and prior to that, the Head of the Technology Division at the ISA.
With knowledge that covers advanced integration of defense electronics systems and cyber technologies, Tsafrir is a systems-thinking entrepreneur, uniquely positioned to lead other innovators and take them to the forefront of technology and science.
Tsafrir has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University.
DR. TAMIR BECHOR

Dr. Tamir Bechor has more than three decades of accumulated professional, managerial and academic experience in the fields of Information Technology and Cyber Security.
Tamir has a proven track record in providing strategic cyber security consultancy services for a broad range of organizations across the globe. He was previously involved in coaching business leaders on the nature of cyber-threats that shape the digital economy, and the strategies by which leading companies create greater confidence in cyberspace.
Tamir earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University. He is a Professor of Information Technology and Cyber Security at Claremont Graduate University, California, US.
We at CYMOTIVE see a great value in giving back value to the community. This is why, since the very early days of CYMOTIVE, we have chosen to adopt schools that were recognized by Israel’s Ministry of Education as “below the red bar”, meaning schools that are below the minimum official school standards in Israel.
In 2018 over 50% of CYMOTIVE employees volunteered to mentor students and teach them the basic principles of software programming.
